CALENDAR of ASSIGNMENTS

ENGL&245

[Formerly English 268]
Summer Quarter 2008

Notes:

QUIZZES are scheduled via a 24 hour clock / PACIFIC TIME ZONE.
Each QUIZ will be available at 1:00 AM Pacific time on the first day the Calendar notes that the quiz can be taken.  Each quiz will remain open 2 - 5 days.  Be sure to check dates for when quizzes close so that you can plan your time and allow enough time for each quiz.

BULLETIN BOARD DISCUSSIONS for each selection close at 12:00 midnight on the last day that your "Assessments" calendar indicates the quiz will be open.  However, you must post your first discussion one day before a quiz opens  to be eligible to receive the total number of points for that discussion.  After you have posted your first discussion, you can post additional discussions and responses to other postings and continue to add points to your total for that disucssion.   Your discussion grade for each reading is cumulative; additional comments after your first discussion posting help you earn a higher grade.

ESSAYS are due by 12:00 midnight on the day the Calendar indicates that each essay is due.
