We apologize, but we are prohibited from processing dropped classes over the telephone. Dropped classes will be refunded in accordance with Alcohol Drug Counseling Program refund policy.

Refund Policy

Students enrolled in classes meeting weekly or online are entitled to a refund through the first 8% of instructional days of a course (these are college instructional days, not class days). There can be no refunds after this point.

All drops must be reported as soon as possible to our main office in T208 in person prior to receiving a refund. If you drop a class online or through Student Services, you will still need to notify us of the drop.

The college charges a processing fee on all refunds. This fee is not applied to cancelled classes.
