The Volunteer Literacy Program is looking for dependable individuals to join our team!
As a volunteer tutor, you could:
Provide support and encouragement to students in the Adult Basic Education program.
Help adult learners of all ages improve their reading, writing, and math skills.
Assist adult immigrants and refugees in the English as a Second Language classes.
As a volunteer you have an opportunity to play an important role in the lives of these students.
By giving of your time and offering encouragement and reinforcement, you can help these students succeed in achieving their personal and professional goals!
