The Bellevue Bulldogs started NWAC Northern Region games on Wednesday September 24th against the Whatcom Orcas defeating them in three, 25-14, 25-13 and 25-20. Libero Sara Pulaski had four aces in the match for the Bulldogs. Outside hitter Loretta Forrest lead the Bulldog offense with nine kills and no errors for a .450 hitting percentage. Following close behind was middle blocker Kelcie Russell with seven kills and no errors and outside hitter Kayley Watkins with six kills and no errors. The Bulldogs defense had nine blocks on the night with Pulaski leading the team in digs with 16 followed by Forrest with 12 and Watkins with nine.
