BC Women’s Golf Wins Ann Swanson Cup at Trophy Lake

BC women’s golf won the Ann Swanson Cup by a commanding 36 strokes, firing a team total of 248 in the one day event held Saturday October 18 at Trophy Lake Golf and Casting Club in Port Orchard, WA . The depth of the Bulldog squad is evident, as sophomore Sam Saleba won medalist honors for the first time this fall shooting an 82. Kendra Meeker and Meg McMullen finished T2 only one stroke behind firing 83’s. Dana Fox carded an 88 while Meredith Johnson finished tied for 9th with a 95. The Bulldogs’ final fall match will be the Walla Walla Invite at Wine Valley GC; one of the state’s top tracks on November 1st and 2nd.
