BC Men’s Soccer Ends Season with 2-0 Loss at Tacoma

Bellevue’s men’s soccer team’s season came to an end Monday as the Bulldogs lost a playoff qualifier game 2-0 at Tacoma. With both teams tied for third in the West Region and splitting their two regular season games, a ‘play-in’ game was needed in order to determine the league’s #3 seed into the NWAC playoffs. Bellevue fell down early as Tacoma jumped out 1-0 within the first 15 minutes of the game. With sloppy conditions under heavy rain and muddy natural turf, Bellevue could not get anything going the entire game and was within reach as the game stayed at 1-0 until the final minute before Tacoma added a second goal as time expired. Bellevue finishes with a 5-6-2 record in league and 7-7-2 overall.
