Bellevue College men’s basketball recently capped off another memorable season, maintaining Head Coach Jeremy Eggers’ program as one of the powerhouses in the NWAC. Eggers was named Coach of the Year once again for the North Region after leading his team, which often played with as little as seven total healthy players, to a number one ranking in the NWAC Coaches’ Poll for most of the season. Bellevue also claimed a tie for the North Region title with Edmonds after sporting an amazing 12-2 record in league. Bellevue had the top overall record in the entire NWAC, leading the conference in both total wins and percentage (28-5, .857).  The Bulldogs also held the longest win streak this season in the NWAC at 14 games. The win streak which began in mid-November lasted a span of nearly two months without a loss.

On the individual side, Bellevue’s Dominique Jordan was named MVP of the North Region. One of Bellevue’s two potent outside threats from the perimeter (along with backcourt teammate Jalen Ward), Jordan averaged 16 points per game. His high game was February 25 against Whatcom, as he poured in 28 points including an amazing 6-for-8 from three point range.  Ward was Bellevue’s only rep on the First Team All-North Region. The sophomore guard was one of Bellevue’s all-around best players, as he was among the team leaders in not only scoring, but also rebounds, assists, and steals. Ward went off for 33 points on two occasions for Bellevue this season. Dom Holub was named to the Second Team All-North Region and also earned the prestigious honor of  NWAC Defensive Player of the Year for the NWAC North Region.
