Bellevue College men’s golf took second at th Highline League Match at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club on Sunday April 10 and Monday April 11. The Bulldogs lost by only one stroke to SW Oregon CC. Bellevue did not come away completely empty-handed, as BC’s Brady Campbell took home individual medalist honors shooting a two-day total of only one under par with scores of 72-69. The team charged back from being 6 strokes behind after day one and fell just one shot short.
Eddie Abellar shot 80-74, Brett Ball (79-76), and Dexter Simonds (80-77) rounded out Bellevue’s team scoring. Nathan Nulliner shot 89-94 and Isaac Hall shot 76 on day one before withdrawing on day two.
Bellevue’s next match is next week April 17-18 at AppleTree GC in Yakima for the NWAC League Match.
