Bellevue Men’s Golf Finishes Eighth at NWAC League Match

Bellevue College men’s golf finished eighth in a competitive NWAC League Match held Sunday April 17-Monday April 18 at Apple Tree GC in Yakima. The team shot a two-day four-player total of 644, equaling 68 over par.

Freshman Dexter Simonds shot 74-72 to finish fourth overall. His impressive even par score on day two helped the team stay competitive in the team standings as several struggled on day two. Brady Campbell shot 75-81 to finish 19th overall. Eddie Abellar shot 74-85 and Brett Ball shot 88-83 to round out BC’s team scoring. Freshman Nathan Nulliner showed glimpses of his potential shooting 79 on day one but ballooned to a 95 on day two.

Bellevue’s next competition is April 24-25 at Riverside GC in Chehalis for an NWAC League Match hosted by Centralia College.
