Bulldog Men Win Nail-Biter 81-79 at Peninsula

In a back and forth game that was relatively even in every aspect, the Bellevue College men’s basketball team pulled out a huge 81-79 win on the road in Port Angeles against Peninsula last night.

Jordan Muir-Keung had a highlight night with 28 points. The sophomore guard was on fire with his shooting touch, draining 5-of-9 three-pointers and was 7-for-8 at the free throw line. Trey Nelson also had a hot hand with 18 points, shooting 60% from the field. He also led BC with 8 rebounds. Another guard, Jaden Vollmen was also efficient from the field, shooting 6-for-8 and adding 13 points.

Bellevue is now 2-2 in league and 12-7 overall. The win knocked Peninsula into a three-way tie at 3-1 for first place, with Bellevue one game back. The Bulldogs host Shoreline this Wednesday January 25 at 7:00 p.m.
