Bellevue College women’s basketball gathered yesterday to watch the announcement of their opening round opponent for the NWAC Championships. The event was live streamed by the NWAC as for the first time, opening round opponents were randomly drawn as opposed to being pre-assigned in the years past. Bellevue, the North Region #3 seed, drew West Region #2 seed, Centralia in a matchup slated for Saturday March 11 at Everett Community College at 12:00 p.m. The winner will advance to play either East Region #1 Spokane or South Region #4 Linn-Benton.
