Bellevue Men’s Basketball ready to continue winning ways with familiar face at the helm

Donald Brady returns to Bellevue College to become Head Men’s Basketball Coach after spending six years as an assistant coach at Bellevue from 2008-2014 and the past three years as the head coach at Shoreline Community College.

“We are extremely excited to have Coach Brady back at Bellevue to lead our program and we are all looking forward to having him guide our student-athletes in their scholastic and athletic futures,” said Athletic Director, Jeremy Eggers.

Prior to Bellevue College, Brady was head coach at Shoreline Community College where his teams compiled an overall record of 39-39 and 22-20 in the North Region.

This past 2016-17 season his team won 1st place in the North Region and he was awarded North Region Coach of the Year. Prior to Shoreline, Coach Brady was on Jeremy Eggers’ staff at Bellevue where their teams compiled an overall record of 123-54 and a 66-26 North Region record along with three North Region Titles in those 6 years.

Before coming to the Pacific Northwest, Brady was a Graduate Assistant Coach at the University of Redlands in California for two seasons. Brady also played four years at the University of Redlands where he was a two-time captain and ranks sixth all-time in assists.

Brady earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Redlands in 2006. Born in Palm Springs, Calif., Brady attended Palm Desert High School where he played for his father, Don Brady.
