Bellevue College finished off their regular season schedule by defeating Skagit Valley 8-1 yesterday at Robinswood Tennis Center. The win puts Bellevue’s final league record at 8-0. The squad’s only overall losses have come to four-year university programs. Bellevue won five of the matches by default due to Skagit Valley’s inability to field players for all spots. Candice Canley won #2 singles 6-4, 6-3 while Ha Nguyen won #3 singles 6-0, 6-2. Bellevue will now travel to Spokane for the NWAC Championships on May 5-6. Here is a link to more details.
