Then in the 27th minute, Yahir Sandoval scored his 1st goal of the season which was assisted by Alan Villavicencio. By the 2nd half, Trinity was able to contain the Bellevue offense and knot up the score securing a 3-3 tie.
Following the tie, the Bulldogs came back to play on Wednesday August 31 to take on Walla Walla. Again, Bellevue was able to apply early pressure thanks to Preston Hale’s goal coming in the 12th Minute. In the 16th minute Omar Gomez scored his first goal of the season putting the Bulldogs up 2-0, followed by a 40th minute goal by Ebrima Jatta, already his third goal of the season.
