Background: Every day starter for Bellevue last year…led all freshmen last year with 176 at bats (second total on team)….963 fielding percentage last spring…named to the NWAACC Sophomore Showcase team this past fall…hit .273 with 23 RBI’s and 12 stolen bases…Played for Seattle Prep High School under Coach Ed Paulter… four-year letter-winner… three-time 1st team All-Metro 3A infielder and two-time team MVP in 2010 and 2012…was also awarded 1st team All-State along with current teammate John Bodenhamer, Brandon Mahovlich, Alex Hatch, Aaron Stroosma, Noel Gonzalez, and Kurt Lindemann…a Seattle Times “Star Times Team” selection in 2012…Metro League MVP…posted a .446 batting average with 7 home runs as a junior, and a.453 batting average with 3 home runs as a senior…Metro League Champions in 2011.
