Bellevue Community College's Technical Support program offers tracks in either hardware or software support. Students specializing in hardware support learn to configure and build computers, troubleshoot problems and upgrade hardware components. Students specializing in software support become experts on a company's product or software applications.

Students who have completed both the Associate in Arts degree in Technical Support and the Associate in Arts and Sciences DTA are eligible to earn a Bachelors in Applied Technology degree at BCC through Eastern Washington University via the Eastern @ BCC partnership program.
