Artgraf waters-soluble Graphite stick
ArtGraf water-soluble carbon disc
White plastic eraser
Gray kneaded eraser
Large inexpensive Synthetic hair round brush #20 with long handle
Oil sticks Professional set with blender stick (ie., Shiva Paint sticks, Oil bar)
Plastic pallet knife with bend in handle
Professional grade black Sumi ink (liquid, green bottle)
Tube of professional-grade black (ie., Mars, Lamp) acrylic paint
White artists tape or masking tape

Roll of Strathmore 100# Drawing paper 36”x10 yds.

(From the hardware store or from home)
Plastic drop cloth 9’x12’
Several cotton rags
Sponge brush 1”, 2”
White china bristle brush 1”, 2”, 3”(chip brushes)
Lg. wide-mouth glass jar with lid (like for pickles)
Lg. plastic tub with lid (like lg. yogurt or cottage cheese)

Try Daniel Smith first (Seattle and Bellevue), Dick Blick, or even Amazon for supplies (oil sticks). The art
supply stores will give a 10% student discount with your supply list printed out with school logo. I will
also send these lists to Daniel Smith
Ahead of time, with my name.

Bring this list to the art store, they can be very helpful and often times there may be a 10%
discount at some stores if you are a BC student as well. Also, all basic materials are available at
the BC North campus bookstore at 425-564-5711.
