The C# Programming Certificate Program was designed by professionals who currently work in the field to provide targeted training in the skills that are most in demand by employers today. Program instructors are also professionals who currently work in the field.
In the program, these expert instructors lead students through four levels of C# development classes and teach design and development theory as well. Because the program emphasizes learning by doing, about 30% of class time is typically devoted to exercises.
See an overview table of required and elective courses in the program for more details. Courses in the program may be taken as standalone units or as part of the full certificate program.
The program combines four levels of skill building in C# programming with instruction in using C# to access data and in using algorithms in .NET. In the final Capstone course, students use these skills to complete a portfolio project they designed and developed with their career goals in mind. Students must accumulate 185 course hours in the program to earn the certificate.
The program’s small classes let students receive personal attention from our instructors, who have been successfully training students in high-demand programming skills for the last 10 years. Classes are taught during evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedules of working professionals.
Our flexible program lets you start any quarter you like and finish at your own pace. You can take as few as one or two classes a week. Although the program can be completed in a year, you may take as long as three years to earn your certificate.
