Readers’ theater is a low stress way to perform a script without costuming or memorization of lines. Characters are portrayed with just the voice. You could find yourself reading a variety of characters from a little girl to a mean outlaw. We will use scripts from old radio shows and other sources. The last two class sessions will be rehearsals for a public performance. Participation in the show is not required, but why miss out on part of the fun? Class is taught by theater geek and Washington newcomer Penny Rathbun. Course fee includes class materials.
