TELOS - Continuing T'ai Chi for Older Adults (Level 3)

Yang Family style T'ai Chi, in a shortened version of 10-16 movements, stresses graceful and flowing body movement with fewer athletic demands, and is ideal for older adults. The aim in this one-hour class is to increase balance, centering, and grounding and to provide tools for relaxation and stress reduction. Space is limited to 14.

Ken Wright
Ken has 20 years experience as a T’ai Chi instructor, and was the 1991 Bronze Medalist for the U.S. T’ai Chi Championship.
