TELOS - Advanced T'ai Chi for Older Adults

Older adults who have mastered the basic moves of the shortened Yang family-style Tai Chi can move forward in this course with experienced coach Ken Wright. Tai Chi, which stresses balance and graceful flowing body movements, with less stressful athletic demands is the ideal exercise program for older adults.

Ken Wright
Ken has 20 years experience as a T’ai Chi instructor, and was the 1991 Bronze Medalist for the U.S. T’ai Chi Championship.
