Jill Powell is the Title IX Assistant Coordinator. Jill started her new role as of August 1, 2016. Prior to that, she worked as Manager of Student Conduct in Bellevue College, Assistant Director for Student Engagement in University Housing at the University of Idaho, where she serves as a student conduct officer, serves on the CARE and Threat Assessment teams, and is a Title IX investigator, among other duties.
Jill will be working closely with Rachel Wellman, Title IX Compliance Coordinator. They will continue to oversee Title IX cases for students, and their offices are located in C227. If you would like to report your concern, the link is attached here.
