Campus Access

Bellevue College is committed to providing equal and appropriate access to all programs, services and facilities. BC facilities are barrier free.

Parking

Bellevue College provides parking spaces reserved for students, staff, and visitors with disabilities. You may park in a space reserved for persons with disabilities if your vehicle displays a valid “Disabled Persons Parking Identification Placard” issued by the state of Washington. Reserved spaces are available in most parking lots and lot C7 on the west side of campus is designated entirely for disability parking.

If you are displaying a valid state of Washington disability parking permit and there are no reserved spaces available, you may park in any other legal parking space. That is, you may park in a faculty/staff parking lot, but you may not park in bus zones, fire lanes, driveways, etc.

If you park in a reserved space without the permit showing, you can be cited with a Bellevue College parking ticket.

Accessible Entries and Elevators

Bellevue College maintains an up-to-date map of accessible entry ways and elevators online. If you find information missing or inaccurate on this map or if you find an automatic door broken or poorly functioning, please contact us so we can move to resolve the problem.
