Transfer Degree Application

You must register for degree application in Web registration or at Enrollment & Registrar Services by using item number GRD1 if this is your first application (use GRD2 for the second application, and GRD3 for the third, etc.). You also need to pay the non-refundable processing fee for each application via the web or at the Cashier's Office. Both of these steps must be completed before this application will be considered.

This application must be submitted prior to the deadline listed below for the quarter you expect to graduate.

Deadlines for application:

  • Winter Graduation  -  October 10
  • Spring Graduation  -  December 10
  • Summer Graduation  -  March 15
  • Fall Graduation  -  June 1

You can submit this application online or download it to send by mail or in person.

        This degree has been discontinued effective Summer 2010. It will only be granted for students who were enrolled in the program prior to Summer 2010. Submit a copy of Associate in Applied Science degree completion worksheet signed by your Program Chair.

 **DTA stands for Direct Transfer Agreement, MRP is Major Related Program. Engineering students should consult the Engineering advisor to find out which degree you should apply for.
