Important:

  • You are responsible for paying your tuition by the applicable payment deadline to avoid being withdrawn from your classes due to non-payment, even if you receive financial ai
  • If you are unable to pay the entire tuition amount you may benefit from the Nelnet tuition payment plan: For a $25 administrative fee it may be possible to arrange automatic withdrawal from a checking or credit card account. 
  • If you applied for financial aid and have a tuition balance due, contact the Financial Aid office at least two days prior to the applicable payment deadline to determine if you qualify for a tuition deferment.
  • Please note that registering for additional classes at a later date does not extend the initial course payment deadline.
  • Classes dropped for nonpayment by the Registration office will incur a drop fee if classes have been dropped for nonpayment in the past. Unpaid balances may be subject to collections and you may be responsible for any collection and legal fees.

Paying Online

You may login to web registration to pay for tuition, fees and textbooks using your Visa or MasterCard. Procedures for logging in and paying online are outlined in the How Web Registration Works section.

Not Paying

If you have not paid by the deadline, the college may drop you from some or all of your classes. If you are dropped from classes for nonpayment, the college will notify you by e-mail to your official BC email address. A withdrawal fee will be charged and must be paid if you have ever been dropped for nonpayment in the past. Unpaid balances may be subject to collections and you may be responsible for any collection and legal fees
