Black History Month Event: Author/Folklorist Dr. Mona Lisa Saloy

Continuing with the Black History Month celebration,  Dr. Mona Lisa Saloy, author and folklorist, will speak on Tuesday, Feb. 12,  on "Cultural Arts as a Powerful Project of Us into Tomorrow." Other events to follow include Dr. Darryl Brice  speaking on "A Curse is a Curse: Black Masculinity and Bipolar Prisms" on Thursday, Feb 14; Dr. Jaye Goosby Smith will talk about "Vets and Multiple Identities" on Feb. 20; Paul Chiles, Real Estate, on Wednesday, Feb. 26; and Dr. Jared Ball, author educator, who will speak on Wednesday, Feb. 27. Capping off the month-long celebration will be dance with Motown Review with Tiffany Wilson on Friday, March 1.
