Body Art Circuit Training is a dynamic training session that focuses on developing strengths, stamina, increased flexibility and mobility. The participants will learn new methods of connecting a single static position with energetic breathing to create a dynamic sequence. Body Art uses several exercise stations to accommodate a large group of participates of all levels of fitness.
