Rebecca is the Chief Development, Marketing and Communications Officer for Bellevue College and serves as Vice President of Institutional Advancement.

Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement
Laura provides direct support to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement in a combination of areas such as budget, records and office management, as well as administrative support for the entire IA division.

Director of Marketing and Communications
Anna provides leadership and supervision for all marketing and communications outreach, and develops initiatives to engage the community in campus life.
Raechel Dawson
Associate Director of Communications (PIO)
Raechel is responsible for telling the Bellevue College story, working with media and developing communication strategies. She serves as the college’s spokesperson on collegewide concerns, and helps manage BC’s digital presence.
Yves Martin
Communications Manager
Yves works on internal communications projects and helps to develop our content strategy. He also supports PR and assists in crisis communication.
Lisa Moore
Creative Manager
Lisa manages the art direction, design, production and management of our print and digital projects.
Sheri Brady
Senior Graphic Designer
Sheri works directly with on-campus clients/groups to determine their marketing needs and provide on-brand print and digital design solutions that motivate their target audience.

Steph uses social media to support student recruitment and celebrate the accomplishments of students, faculty and staff while enhancing the Bellevue College brand.

Russel Whitaker
Web Editor-in-Chief
Russel oversees the content on the BC website and assists departmental web managers with production and maintenance of their respective sites.

Gene uses his vast higher education web experience to improve our academic and administrative websites.

Web Editor/Designer
Maura focuses on the visual appearance of BC’s website, creating and revising pages to reflect BC’s brand and ensure a user-friendly experience.

Melissa Johnson
Executive Director
Melissa is the Executive Director of the Bellevue College Foundation, a non-profit organization that accepts gifts on behalf of BC and reinvests them into the Bellevue College Community—including students, faculty and programs.
Paul Feavel
Director of Foundation Finance and Planned Giving
Paul provides fiscal oversight to ensure accurate financial records, strong internal controls, prudent investment strategies, compliance with IRS and Washington State requirements. He supports donors in planned giving, with endowments and with other detail-driven donations.
Lisa Carroll
Director of Development
Lisa provides strategic direction to the Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives and is responsible for leading and expanding the development program of the Bellevue College Foundation.
David Seber
Associate Director of Development
David manages the efforts of the annual giving campaign, as well as supports the Foundation’s participation in the growth of the BC Alumni Association.

Corporate Relations Manager
This position is responsible for increasing corporate and underwriting revenue in support of specific BC programs including academic, athletics, and student programs with a priority given to raising funds for 91.3 KBCS, a self-supported service of BC.
Jessica Trumble
Scholarships & Programs Manager
Jessica provides administrative management for BC Foundation scholarships and faculty/staff program activities. Additionally, she manages program awards including awarding internal grants and annual employee recognition.
Kelly Scibetta
Development Coordinator
Kelly is responsible for providing support services for the Bellevue College Foundation. She manages all aspects of the fundraising database including gift processing, gift acknowledgment, gift and data auditing, as well as managing customer service, research, and donor communications as related to donor giving.
Sheena Davis
Events Coordinator
Sheena is responsible for planning and executing the Foundation’s many events, including its signature Gala every spring.

Acacia provides a variety of administrative and organizational support for the division and its staff.

Brandon Lueken
Grant Director
Brandon oversees all grant going activities of the college, writes and reviews grant proposals, and helps maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all grant seeking activity is aligned with the college’s mission.
Linda Foley
Grant Coordinator
Linda helps colleagues articulate needs, assists with research, identifies prospective funders, and develops responsive grant proposals in partnership with BC faculty, staff and administrators. Originally from the east coast, she brings to her role experience teaching in higher education as well as contracting and grant reviewing experience with the federal government.
