Office of Institutional Research

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to promote student learning and to ensure institutional effectiveness through anticipating and communicating emerging issues affecting the college community, and generating relevant statistical information to support college-wide, data-driven decision-making.

In fulfillment of this purpose, Institutional Research produces regularly scheduled research reports; conducts ad hoc research at the request of the Board of Trustees or the President; regularly publishes facts and figures about BCC; provides informational support for grant-writing and answers to constituent and College staff questions; responds to surveys and requests of other data from external groups; and undertakes other activities as directed.
