If you are applying to BCC from overseas, you must apply as a full-time student and then apply for a student visa. Current U.S. immigration regulations allow a student to apply for a visa maximum of 90 days before the quarter you are admitted.

We recommend our newly admitted college students review this Pre-departure advice and plan to arrive in Bellevue at least one or two weeks before the quarter beginning date to check-in and attend a new student orientation session.
