We are now able to roll out authenticated forms upon request. These forms will allow users to verify their identity by signing in with their NetID. This functionality can also be used to ensure that only those with NetID accounts are able to submit a particular form.
This functionality requires per-site and per-form configuration from the Technology Development & Communications office.
