EEG Technician

Currently, we are seeking an EEG Technician to join our astonishing team. In this
crucial role, you will be responsible for performing standard and complex EEG
recordings. This will involve routine outpatient and inpatient studies, ICU/long-term monitoring, epilepsy monitoring ( collodion application a must), Wada tests, and
neonatal EEG recordings. To qualify, you must be a graduate of a CAAHEP­
accredited EEG training program and/or have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Additional requirements include a high school diploma or GED (an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred), R. EEG T. certification by the ABRET ( or eligibility for certification).

I’m writing in hopes that one of your students may be interested in a full time career in beautiful Thomasville, Georgia. Thomasville is located about 30 minutes north of Tallahassee, Florida. Archbold Medical Center is looking for a registered/registry eligible EEG/NCV tech. The hours are 8-4:30, Monday – Friday, with no call required. We do not perform IOMs or Evoked Potentials. This position is for in/out patient EEGs and NCVs. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to live in the inviting atmosphere of Southwest Georgia.
