Try out for BCC’s summer musical, Cabaret

BELLEVUE, WASH. – Open, public auditions for Bellevue Community College’s summer musical production, Cabaret, will be held from 7 - 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, and from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, in Carlson Theatre on BCC’s main campus (3000 Landerholm Circle S.E., Bellevue, off 148th Ave. S.E.).

Actors will be asked at the audition to present one modern comic or dramatic monologue and a musical-theater song with sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.

Casting will be completed by May 25 by BCC Drama Instructor Tammis Doyle, who will direct the musical. Rehearsals will begin June 25, and the public performances are scheduled for August 2-5.

All actors must enroll in BCC’s Drama 280 class.
