Upon acceptance into the Nuclear Medicine Technology program, the following immunizations, skin tests and/or titers must be completed before the first day of class:

• Tetenus Diphtheria
• Measles (Rubeola) or MMR
• Mumps or MMR
• Rubella or MMR
• Hepatitis B (2 of 3 doses or signed declination)
• Varicella (Chicken Pox)
• TB Skin Test (2 step method)
