- Proof of high school graduation before they can take a college-level class at BC.
- The Underage – Attorney-in-fact Contact Info form
- The Underage – Power of Attorney for Health Care form.
F-1 visa holding students already attending a U.S. school can transfer directly to BC. Students in Japan must apply to the IBP Program through the agency ICC, www.iccworld.info or www.iccworld.co.jp (Japanese).
