Upon acceptance into the Radiologic Technology Program, the following immunizations, skin tests and/or titers must be completed before the first day of Clinical Education I:

Tetanus, Diphtheria (Td)

• Initial series as a child
• Booster within last 10 years

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)

• Born in 1956 or earlier considered immune - no immunization required
• Born in 1957 or later - immunization or positive titer

Hepatitis B

• 2 of 3 doses OR
• Signed declination

Varicella (Chicken Pox)

• Personal verbal history verified by family member OR
• Positive varicella titer OR
• Immunization

TB Skin Test

• 2 step method
OR
• Chest x-ray results if positive PPD
