You may request to change your residency status by completing the Residence Questionnaire and mailing it to the Bellevue College Residency Office.
- Print and complete the Residence Questionnaire. Complete all sections and provide a signature, A signature is required on both sides of the Residency Questionnaire if you are applying as an independent student.
- Return the completed original Residence Questionnaire to our office along with copies of supporting documentation. See Residency Requirements Form. Drop in office hours are Monday – Thursday, 9-4PM
If your application is not reviewed before the due date. We reimburse the difference of the non-resident and resident tuition if approved after the tuition due date.
Completed Questionnaires along with all supporting documentation are accepted up to the 30th calendar day of the quarter for which application is made. The deadline to submit documents for winter quarter 2017 is February 3, 2017. Documentation received after the deadline is considered for the following quarter.
After your residency documents are reviewed, an email notification is sent to you with our decision.
