Transfer to BC:
The Evaluations Office is your final stop as a student to be evaluated for graduation. You are required to submit a graduation application to the Evaluations
Office two quarters prior to the quarter you intend to graduate to be officially evaluated for your degree or certificate. One graduation application must be filed, with a fee, for each degree or certificate. Visit the Evaluations Office website for graduation applications and detailed information on how to apply for graduation.
Graduation Application deadlines:
Summer Quarter - March 15
- Fall Quarter - June 1
- Winter Quarter - October 10
- Spring Quarter - December 10
Transfer Credit Evaluation:
If you have earned college credits at another regionally accredited school prior to attending BC, you can submit a request to the Evaluations Office to have those credits reviewed for your degree at BC. To request an official transfer credit evaluation, you must be currently enrolled in credit classes or have completed credits in the past at BC, and be pursuing one of the academic transfer degrees. If you are taking classes for a professional/technical
program, bring your transcript to the appropriate program chair who will determine possible transfer credit for your degree or certificate.
