We offer many paths for becoming engaged in leadership opportunities, including training that is competency-based, theoretical leadership training, and training geared for practical use and employment in our organization.

The Leadership Institute is a model organization for student leadership development. We help students to acquire leadership skills and become change agents for social justice – providing service leadership, building integrity and character, promoting diversity and pluralism, and creating a sense of fellowship among students.

Melantha JenkinsStudent Legacy

Students have the opportunity to participate in activities at Bellevue College which leave a lasting legacy to the college and its more than 32,000 students.
