May is Bike Month! Join Our Challenge!

Bike to Work Month image

2016-Bike-Month-600pxThe annual Bike Everywhere Challenge is officially underway!

You are invited to join our Bellevue College Bike Everywhere team with the Cascade Bicycle Club.

The idea is to bike as much as possible during  the month of May. We can have fun biking safely and we keep track of our  total mileage. Get into better shape, save gas money, reduce your emissions, reduce the BC parking load, bike through cottonwood fluff, and earn bragging rights. What could be better?

Email Ron Austin, at ron.austin@bellevuecollege.edu to receive your Bike Everywhere Challenge invitation.  Join us and let’s get the wheels rolling and WIN PRIZES!

Thanks Ron for organizing this!! GO BC!!

Give biking a try! If you need assistance planning a route, figuring out how to get into biking, or any other general bike questions, The Office of Sustainability’s Transportation Coordinator Craig Hauser is here to help! Find him in the C building Transportation Desk across from the PALS Center, or email transportation@bellevuecollege.edu.

In addition, we are also giving away prizes on Zimride! Log in with your BC credentials and post your commute on the commute calendar! Top 3 individuals will win a prize, and biking earns the most points! Visit http://www.zimride.com/bc to sign up!
