Make-Up Exams for Online Courses

Make-up Exams are defined as tests that students are unable to take during the scheduled test session offered by an instructor due to class conflict, illness, or emergency circumstances.  Proctoring of make-up exams is a courtesy service for BC online classes and is only offered upon approval of the instructor and within the guidelines provided here.

Students and instructors using our services must be familiar with all testing procedures. Please read all the following information before utilizing the Testing Services proctoring services.

Make-Up Exams Schedule

Due to space and staffing limitations, we only proctor make-up exams for online classes. Proctored exams are by appointment only. When you submit a request for proctoring services, you will be asked to provide two preferred choices of day and time. Final arrangement will be based on our proctor availability. Though we will try our best to meet your preference, we cannot guarantee proctoring services for your selected day and time. If your preference cannot be met, we will let you know when our proctors are available. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you have submitted the request.
Here are the choices you can select from Monday to Friday:

  • 8:30 am to 10:30 am
  • 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
