Organization

The organizational structure is designed to ensure streamlined and effective project management. The Executive Dean provides overall coordination and has direct access to the College President, and through her, access to the Board of Trustees. The Activities Director reports to the Executive Dean and administers the project’s day-to-day activities. Each major project component is assigned to a member of President’s Staff for leadership and follow-up.
