Taskforce

 

The Title III Taskforce meets every month to discuss project progress, problem solve and provide leadership for grant activities. Chaired by the Executive Dean, the group makes recommendations to the President’s Staff regarding budget and program revisions. Members of the Taskforce include the four executives who have direct responsibility for supervising major grant activities: the Executive Dean, the Dean of Students, the Dean of Information Resources and the VP for Human Resources. Additional members include the Academic Dean, the Director of Finance, the Vice President for Equity and Pluralism, and the Title III Activities Director. Critical roles of the group are to support the project’s institutionalization and to ensure that grant activities truly have a long-term impact on strengthening the institution.
