REQUEST A TUTOR

Note: In order to obtain individual tutoring, you must be earning a grade of C or below in your class.

Please be aware that you MUST discuss tutoring with your instructor before you fill out the electronic Tutor Request Form.  After you have verbal approval from your instructor, fill out the Tutor Request Form.  Once your form is completed, your instructor will send an email approval to the ASC. 

NOTE:  It may take up to one week for you to be paired with a tutor.
