Application Instructions for the Diagnostic Ultrasound Program

Application Instructions:

Your completed application packet should include:

  • Completed Radiation Therapy & Imaging Sciences Program Application. Applications will be available on or after January 2, 2009.
  • Completed BCC Admission Application if you are not already a BCC student. Do NOT complete a BCC application on-line; if you do, you will be charged the college's application fee in addition to the $40.00 Imaging Sciences application fee.
  • Completed DUTEC Application Worksheet
  • Sealed copies of your transcripts.
  • $40.00 check or money order payable to Bellevue Community College for non-refundable program application fee. We will not accept cash or credit card information.
  • Cover letter describing work history and health care related experience.
  • A copy of your current resume with one reference included.
  • 2 copies of your Video Statement DVDs (click here for instructions)

Closing date for submission of applications for 2009 entry is April 3, 2009. Send your completed application packet to:
