Request Web Server Access

Server privileges are granted to BCC employees for the purpose of hosting an official, personal or affiliate organization website. Privileges for the academic web server are also granted to students for the purpose of managing websites for chartered student organizations.

Please print and complete the appropriate form to request access.

Website Access Request Form
Instructions: Use this form if you are wishing to set up or manage a BCC website. This form is for websites or pages that are intended to officially represent your department and the college. All website requirements and procedures are outlined in the Standards section.
Video/Audio Streaming Website Request Form
Instructions: Use this form if you wish to set up a streaming RealAudio or RealVideo file as feature on a BCC website.
Academic Network Web Space Usage Contract
Instructions: Use this form if you are member of a chartered BCC student organization and you want a website for your group. Complete the form and submit to the BCC Computing Services office. This contract refers to the Academic Network Web Space Usage Policy.
