Rosanna Militano

Adjunct Italian Instructor

Biography:

I was born and raised in Italy. In 2003 I obtained my master’s degree in Languages and Literature at the University of Messina. I obtained my post graduate teaching degree in 2006. After that I moved to the States to join my Seattleite husband. I started teaching Italian at the Seattle Language Academy, and I also provided lessons privately. In 2008 I was hired by Bellevue College to be a part-time Italian instructor, where I have been teaching ever since. I love sharing my love for the Italian language and culture with my students. It is also rewarding for me to help them succeed and have fun during class. I love spending time with my three young boys and my husband. I like hiking, reading Italian crime novels, playing sports, and visiting my family in Italy.
