Attendance:
There are no excused absences. Two
points are deducted per absence. After 10 absences, three points are deducted
per absence. Lateness also affects this grade:
·
50
late minutes= one absence.
·
25
minutes = ½ an absence. I start counting 5 minutes after class begins.
Please
note: Since you are expected to be in
class every day, it is up to you to find out from a classmate what you
missed that day, any changes in homework etc.

Not paying attention, chatting with
other students, sleeping, doing homework in class, texting etc. will have a negative effect on this grade.
The second half of this grade is based
on your oral presentation which will be given starting around the 7th
week of the quarter, around the beginning of November for us.
Supersite
homework: Your due dates will be posted on the
PROMENADES supersite. You are encouraged
to do your best, but you will earn 10 points per lesson as long as you complete
the assignment by the given due date.
Supersite grading: You will lose 1 point for every missing and/or late exercise. You can get 5 points (maximum) if your
