Individual Evaluation of Group Members and Project
Purpose: To
assess group member performance and the Case Study Project from a confidential
and individual group member perspective. These completed evaluations are
required and will be used to assess individual performance within the group and
may affect individual grades on the Case Study Project.
Instructions: For each group member (including yourself!)
write at least three sentences (in the box provided) to describe/assess group
member performance, then rate each group member’s performance on a scale of 1
to 5 – with 5 being the highest rating and best possible performance, 3 meaning
the individual met minimum project requirements and 1 meaning an unsatisfactory
performance in the group. Then answer the last question about the project
itself. Evaluations are confidential and group members are asked to not share
the information they submit on these evaluations with each other and are assured
their evaluations will remain confidential. Write neatly.
