Common tasks include greeting the patient, taking information, referring patient questions to appropriate sources, scheduling visits, answering the phone, and other duties as assigned by the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certificate of&nbsp;Achievement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This certificate has a total of approximately 35 credits and is usually completed in two to three quarters.
